The BPM were filming at Stoke Mandeville in July for Wheelpower in the run up to the 2012 Paralympics.
The Finnish International track and field team were over training at Stoke Mandeville stadium. Pictured below, a very tough interval training session with, Leo-Pekka Tahti, reigning world record holder and Paralympic champion in the T54 Class, who will be aiming at a 100m and 200m double.
The Finnish athletes’ training will prepare them well for the forthcoming weekend’s (July 30/31) International Athletics meet at Stoke Mandeville, featuring some of Britain’s best-known Paralympians, including five-times London Marathon Wheelchair Marathon Champion David Weir, competing against athletes from 10 nations.
Buckinghamshire will be host to visitors from several nations in the preparation for the Paralympic Games, with athletes from countries as diverse as Iceland, Slovakia, Papua New Guinea, Uganda and Colombia scheduled to visit Stoke Mandeville Stadium before the Games.

The Motorsport Industry Association’s Summer Reception is the most prestigious networking reception of the year for members and their guests. It features the presentation of the prestigious and unique “Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Motorsport Industry”.
2011 will be the Reception’s seventeenth year and past winners include; Lord Astor of Hever, Minister of Defence in the House of Lords, Ross Brawn OBE, Professor Sid Watkins, Lord March, Sir Frank Williams, Andrew Cowan, Sir Stirling Moss OBE, David Richards CBE, Tom Wheatcroft, Dr Adrian Reynard, Bernie Ecclestone and Sir Jackie Stewart OBE. The event enjoys significant media coverage allowing the industry to raise its profile on both a national and global stage.
The Venue
Lord Drayson, President of the MIA, hosts the Summer Reception in the River Terrace Marquee and Cholmondeley Room alongside the River Thames, within the magnificent House of Lords in Westminster. Guests enjoy drinks on the terrace of the Palace of Westminster with views of Big Ben and the London Eye making this a memorable evening for all.
The Audience
This prestigious, business to business event brings together over 300 key decision makers and industry leaders from the global motorsport industry. Invited guests include over 90 Ministers, MPs, MEPs and Lords, leading motorsport and business journalists and VIPs.

The BPM were filming at Venturefest Oxford 2011. The event took place at the Said business school with guest speakers, keynote presentations and an awards dinner at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.

The BPM were commissioned to film a photo shoot with the personal photographer for a world famous international artist (no clues – we can’t say), up in a very un-scottish blue skied Glencoe, Scotland, UK.
His work closely connects 2 world leaders. British Prime Minister David Cameron and President Barack Obama.
His connections are Banksy, Jamie Hewlett (Blur and Gorillaz) and Anthony Micallef. That’s all we can say for now.

As a media professional for over 20 years, Chris Dixon has worked all around the world. Now he will be able to bring his skills to any upcoming projects working with ITN. He recently worked on ‘Ice Storm’, an ITN special report presented by News at 10 newscaster Mark Austin.

Come meet us. We’re filming at the upcoming 2011 Autosport International Racing Car Show at the NEC Birmingham. We’ll be on the MIA stand and filming on both the Thurs 13th and Friday 14th January 2011. Interviews with Lord Drayson, Richard Noble; ex Land speed record holder and behind BloodHound the new land speed car being readied for next year, as well as Chris Aylett, MIA Chief executive. We’ll be interviewing Ross Kaiser and Martin Brudle about the 2011 Rolex 24 and $250,000 Sunoco Daytona Challenge. We also caught up with Renault’s former Director of Engineering, Pat Symonds.

We were fortunate to avoid most of the snow whilst filming in the scenic Scottish Borders for a top sports training school run by Chris Ball (British Cycling Team coach and UCI Technical Delegate) and Andy Barlow (Scottish XC Elite mountain bike Series Champion) . Clear skies and freezing temperatures whilst shooting around Innerleithen and Glentress. In production for delivery in 2011.

A typical fast turnaround short edit for a band. In this case Limp Bizkit. It could have been anyone from Oasis, Counting Crows, Arctic Monkeys, Blur, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, 50 Cent, Kasabian, Girls Aloud, Atomic Kitten, Kanye West, Britney Spears, Take That, Depeche Mode, Snoop Dogg, Eminem etc to name a few.
In that time I also worked with a lot of different talent, Cat Deeley, Donna Air, Richard Blackwood, Justin Lee Collins, Edith Bowman, Kelly Brook, Lisa Snowdon, Dave Berry, Emma Griffiths
and the crazy nutcase aka Russel Brand amongst many others.

Filmed at the last round of the Halo British Downhill Series (BDS) 2010 at Caersws, Wales, UK. Shot on the Sony High Definition XDCAM EX1R in September 2010. Interviews with the guys (and girls) behind the scenes involved in keeping the events running smoothly – the Extreme Medics Team, World Cup Mechanic ‘Ginger’ Rick Keates, marshals and the British Cycling guys etc. Race interviews and bike spec talk with Marc Beaumont (Worlds Edition Carbon GT Fury), Sam Pilgrim (Diamondback Scapegoat Full Sus), Pat Campbell-Jenner (Identiti brand NEW proto-type Full sus frame) and race Director, Si Paton.

Racing car and automobilia collectors are in for a spectacular treat next year, following the announcement of a major motorsport auction that will assist in raising funds to aid the mobility for potential members of the Great Britain Paralympic team.
Hosted by classic car auction company, Historics at Brooklands, in association with motorsport and sportscar specialists, The Modena Group, the International Motorsport Auction will be staged next year in 2011.
Appropriately, it will be held near to Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Buckinghamshire, the birthplace of the Paralympics and venue for the first ever sports event for people with disabilities in 1948, and the site of the world-famous National Spinal Injuries Centre.

Filming completed in HD for a promotional day for UK Advanced Engineering and Motorsport companies. Organised by The Motorsport Industry Association (MIA) at The Modena Group HQ in High Wycombe, UK. Guests were invited from the town of Modena Italy, the home of the Italian motor sport industry and UK business. The Bigger Picture Media was commissioned to film and produce a DVD from the event in July 2010. Filmed entirely on our new Sony HD cameras.
Cars on show – Lamborghini Murcielago, Lamborghini Gallardo, Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 (RACECAR), Lamborghini Diablo, Lamborghini Countach, Ferrari 430 (racecar), Ferrari 250 Lusso, Ferrari Enzo, Pagarni Zonda, Maserati Quartroporte and Maserati Granturismo. Test drives in a new Lamborghini Gallado.
DVDs and a web video link were sent out to all delegates and prospective new members of the MIA.

In March we were commissioned to film at the International Business Conference in Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina.
The Sarajevo Business Forum’s main aims were to revive the culture of open dialogue among statesmen and international figures from various countries, as well as presenting Bosnia & Herzegovina and its region to international investors.

We were commissioned to film for Rockworth Management Partners at their seminar : An ‘Introduction to the realities of sales and acquisitions of private businesses’.
The presentation was broken up into 14 relevant chapters and accessible by clients from their website.
“Filming at the recently renovated Ashmolean Museum in Oxford and attended by over 50 business owners and directors, they delivered on time and on budget.
